It also enhances the coordination between HA and HKU to provide support for medical education in clinical settings at HA hospitals.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-73869ad elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"73869ad\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The scheme allows HA medical staff with interests in pursuing a career in an academic setting a taste of life as a clinical researcher while retaining employment with HA.
